To Choral Directors

It is with deep regret that I inform you that we have decided to cancel our Choral Festival for this year.

This has been a difficult decision, but with four major building projects in progress  near and around the venue where we hold this event, access to the venue has been restricted severely, with very limited parking available for patrons.

This venue offers a wide variety of options in staging a Festival  such as this event, and therefore I have been reluctant to change sites.

On the positive side we are planning now for 2011 with some exciting new ideas

for next year. As soon as the dates are finalized I will inform you so they can be placed in your 2011 calendar.

Thank you for your support of the Festival in the past, as we look forward to building a bigger and better event for you in 2011.
